education is must for women empowerment

Introduction:- In  olden days women have no rights to gain education due to this reason our society  did not achieve progress . Only men not to rights to educate women also have right equal to men and also necessary for our society specially for our generations A well known proverb of great Shakespear that A women of your family is literate the whole family will be literate.

For any country to develop fully, it is necessary for its women to be educated. It is in a way like a medicine which helps the patient to recover and helps him to become healthy again. Women's education is a very big  in making India economically and socially developed.issue,

Half population of world is women so if fifty percent population is deprived of education then how a  society can be developed .If women are educate they contribute in their home income .if women are educate they can carry the responsibility of their children.A literate women can fight against domestic violence. A nation can developed itself when women are educate

An illeterate women can not do anything she can not  contribute in their children education and can not employed yourself in this way they faces lots of difficulties The aims of women's education are not one but many. Women's education helps a woman to be self-reliant and also develops the qualities of self-confidence in her. An educated woman today can get the same "rights" as a man. Today in an educated woman, the power of a man and the same amazing brilliance of a man are visible. Through female education, a woman appears more important and influential than her talent and power. As a result of the women being educated, today the country and the society are fulfilling such a big responsibility,

Why Education is Essential for Women Empowerment
**1. Breaking the Cycle of Inequality**
For generations, women have been denied education due to cultural and social norms. This has led to inequality and dependency. Education helps women understand their rights, challenge discrimination, and create a path toward independence.

**2. Economic Empowerment through Education**
An educated woman has better career opportunities, can start her own business, or join the workforce confidently. Financial independence reduces gender inequality and contributes to a nation’s economic growth. Countries with higher female literacy rates consistently show stronger economies.

**3. Social Benefits of Educated Women**
Education impacts society as a whole. Educated women make informed decisions about health, family planning, and nutrition. They ensure their children, both girls and boys, receive proper schooling, creating a positive cycle of literacy and empowerment.

**4. Confidence and Leadership**
Education builds self-confidence and leadership skills in women. It allows them to take part in politics, governance, and community leadership. By challenging stereotypes, educated women inspire others and bring positive social change.

### Challenges to Women’s Education
Despite progress, millions of girls are still out of school due to poverty, child marriage, lack of safe schools, and cultural restrictions. To empower women, governments and communities must ensure equal access to quality education, scholarships, safety in schools, and awareness campaigns.

---

### The Way Forward
- Encourage families to invest in girls’ education.
- Provide scholarships and financial support for disadvantaged girls.
- Create safe and inclusive learning environments.
- Raise awareness about the importance of women’s education.

---

### Conclusion
Education is not just a right—it is the foundation of women empowerment. An educated woman uplifts herself, her family, and society. She becomes a role model, a leader, and a change-maker. To achieve equality, justice, and progress, we must ensure that every girl has the chance to learn. Women empowerment begins with education, and without it, empowerment remains incomplete.

Photosynthesis process in which plants make food

Like human being plants also make their own food with the process of photosynthesis. All green plants make their own food with photosynthesis procee because green plants contains chlorophyll which are presents in the leaves of plants

Photosynthesis:-  Photosynthesis is a chemical process in which green plants can prepare food with the help of carbon di oxide {co2} and water H2o in the presence of water.

CO2+ H2O   =C6H12O6 +O2

Food preservation

Food preservation is widely used technology or we can say methods from olden days but these methods becomes need of life in modern  life styles

Food preservation is normally storing of food items or materials from  spoiling. One more reason is that we can obtained in of season s fruits and vegetables.

In olden days food preserved in natural ways but in modern society there are large number of

machines are involved

Importance of food preservation:- It is very important for environment fruits and vegetables cant spoil in large amount due to this and we obtained our choice of fruits and vegetables in any season. It is nutritive also

Methods of food preservation:- methods including are:-

1 Drying

2 Freezing

3 vaccum packing

4 salting pickling

5 Canning and bottling

1 Drying :- In drying firstly food items are dry completely so that the no moisture is present in them .A variety of methods are used in this process .Now a days many machines are used like blower, air dryer.

2 Freezing:- It isthe method in whichfood items can be frozen in cold storage.

3  Vaccum packing:- In this method food items after storage can be packed in sealed bags  or bottles or air tight containers

4  Salting and pickling:- It is another method in which food items can be salted for preserv ,Salt and sugar are very common and good preservatives

Pickling  means achaar fruits and vegetables can be pickled in a very large quantity

jelly and jams  can be made from fruits which are used every season

5  Canning and bottling:- food items can be sealed in packets or bottles

food preservation gives emploment to many people ladies make achaar badi, papad and then sell in markets demands of jams and jellies are increasing day by day it can be transport many workers  can do transportation work

used as small scale industry this fields set up as small scale industry making achar papad badi jams jellies murabbas

khadi gramoudyog gives loans for this

Conclusion:- So it is very valuable fields and also interesting  it can be a source of great income

Immunity resistance power against diseases

Immunity:- Immunity is resistance power of our body against diseases. So strong immunity power is very important for every one.If immunity or resistance power of body is strong then you cant fall ill quickly and frequently .Weak immunity power invites diseases easily.

So how immunity power increases. It is very simple to follow .Immunity increases due to change in life style avoid junk food, stress ,insomnia(lack of sleep).

Drink more tea coffee, not taking proper amount of water.Eating time and habits are not proper.

Immunity booster foods:-Vitamin c, vitamin A is very essential for increase in immunity. Fruits containing vitamin cin high amount are very good for immunity ex, oranges kiwi lemon sweet lime Amla.

Green leafy vegetableslike broccoli spinach almonds, nuts fish eggs, oats ,lentils,

tillare very helpful to increase immunity.

besides these some herbs are also increase immunitylike Ashwagandha, gilloy guducchi shatawari musli

Green tea also boost immunity sunlight fish milkare also increase.

many soups and juices are also boost resistance power. vegetable soups or non veg like chicken soups, fish soup.juice like orangejuice, pineapple juice beetroot juice amla juice sweet lime juice carrot juice

Life styles and habits also affects immunity. Do yoga pranayams  take fresh air instead of AC

conclusion :- SO in present time immunity is very important if your immunity strong you will not fall ill.

CELL unit of life

we study about cell in biology. What is a cell, cell is the smallest unit and structural and functional unit of life.

cell was first discovered by Robert Hook in 1665 cell forms tissues tissues forms organ organ forms organ system of body

Multicellular:- means many cells humans animals

Procaryotic cell:-very primitive having nucleus

eucaryotic cell not having nucleus

study of cell is called cytology

types of cells:- there are hundreds of cells

1 Blood cells :-again three types

a red blood cells:- carrying oxygen

b white blood cells:- fight against  diseases protect immune system

c platelets:- helps in clotting of blood

Bone cells:-  three types of bone cells

a osteoclast

b osteoblast  c  osteocytes

3 Muscular cells:-Its performs  many functions like movement support

4Fat cells:- they stored  fats and gives energy

5 Nerve cells  also called neurons  they carry messages of the brain

there are many only few are discuss here

Molecules of life

In Biology and Biotecnology we study about molecules of life. Today we will discuss about it.

Moleceules of life:-There are four molecules of life.

1 Protein

2Crabohydrate

3LIPIDS

4Amino acids

1 Protein:- Proteins are the building block of living things It gives energy to all living beings. It is very essential for living beings  for development growth, cells functions It helps in repairing  and building tissues of the body. It contains chains of amino acids All the 20 amino acids are found in protein naturally. Protein synthesis in ribosomes of cells. Structure of protiens are very complex

2 Carbohydrates:-  It gives instant energy to living organism. It contains atoms of carbon hydrogen and oxygen starch ,sugar, fibers are all carbohydrates.  Carbohydrates foun in many natural foods potato rice sugarcane milk fructose found in honey fruits and vegetables

carbohydrates are classified into three

1Monosaccrides :-  means one sugar unit  these are simple  carbohydrate they have special roles.

There are 3 types

1 Glucose

2 Fructose

3 Galactose

1Glucose gives instant energy

2Fructose is sweatest sugar found in honey fruits

3 Galactose found in milk and dairy products

2 Disaccrides:- are two sugar unites or two jioned monosaccrides . there are two types

1Sucrose:-  this is common kind of sugar found in foods these are sweater. When they are proceed they separated their sugars and gives energy

2 Lactose:- found in milk products  It is white in colour ,water soluble  Itis mostly used in food industry It is not sweet in taste

3 Maltose:-  These are commonly malt and are found in mostly cereals  It is found in wheat  barlry  It is also founds in fruits like peaches  plums Function of maltose is digest the food

3 Polysacchrides :- as its name poly means many or large chains of monosaccrides units contains more than  ten monosacchrides units  they can store starch cellulose, starch andglycogen, chitin are common  examples

cellulose plant walls is made up of cellulose

Glycogen madeof large chains of molecules and stored energy in animals.

3Chitin:- madeup of chains of glucose found in animals exoskeleton insects fungi etc

Lipids :- lipids are generally fats ,oils waxs  vitamins  A D E K, sterols it is structural and functional block of living beings  Its function is to store energy  they are not soluble in water these also have types .

4 Amino acids they are total 20 amino acids It contains carboxyl functional groups They are building block of proteins  carbon hydrogen oxygen nitrogen are present their function is synthesis of harmones, neurotransmeter  All 20 amino acids are useful for us
