 ðŸŒ¾ 4. Crispy Quinoa Cutlets



Intro:

A protein-rich snack that’s crunchy outside and soft inside. Great for weight watchers!


Ingredients:


1 cup cooked quinoa


½ cup boiled potatoes (mashed)


¼ cup grated carrots


2 tbsp breadcrumbs


1 green chili (chopped)


1 tbsp coriander leaves


Salt & pepper to taste


2 tbsp oil




Method:


1. Mix quinoa, potato, carrots, chili, coriander, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.



2. Shape into cutlets.



3. Pan-fry with little oil until crispy.




Tip: Serve with mint chutney or hummus.
