 Cheesy Veggie Pockets



Ingredients:


Bread slices – 4


Chopped capsicum, onion, corn – 1 cup


Grated cheese – ½ cup


Butter – 2 tbsp


Salt & pepper – to taste




Method:


1. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.



2. Mix veggies, cheese, salt, and pepper.





3. Stuff mixture into bread, fold into pocket shape.



4. Toast on pan with butter until golden.



✨ Serve hot with ketchup!
