KULCHA TACOS

  Kulcha Tacos Indian Mexican fusion



Intro:

Desi meets Mexican! Fluffy kulchas stuffed with spicy fillings, folded like tacos.


Ingredients:


4 mini kulchas (store-bought or homemade)


1 cup paneer tikka (or shredded chicken)


¼ cup onion rings


2 tbsp green chutney


2 tbsp mayonnaise




Method:


1. Warm the kulchas.



2. Spread chutney and mayo inside.



3. Fill with paneer tikka or chicken.



4. Add onion rings and fold like a taco.





Tip: Garnish with coria

nder and serve with lemon wedges.
