3. Creamy Chicken Curry
Ingredients: se
500g chicken
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
½ cup cream
1 tsp turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
Oil & salt
Method:
1. Fry onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
3. Add chicken, cook until tender.
4. Stir in cream, simmer for 5 mins.
5. Serve with naan or rice.
