 . Chocolate Banana Shake 🍫🍌


A glass of this creamy chocolate banana shake is enough to kick away tiredness and boost energy instantly. Kids love it, and it’s also a great post-workout drink.


Ingredients:


1 ripe banana


1 cup chilled milk


2 tsp cocoa powder


1 tbsp sugar or honey


Ice cubes as needed




Method:


1. Peel and slice the banana.



2. Blend banana, milk, cocoa powder, sugar/honey, and ice cubes until smooth.



3. Pour into a tall glass and serve chilled.





✨ Variation: Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream for a café-style shake.
