 Nutrients are very essential for our body they are 5 types proteins vitamins minerals carbohydrates fats they are very essential for our growth and development of the body proteins are the building block of our body it is important for the growth of our body they repair the body parts if thyghyggyey damaged It is found in our food it's like pulses eggs chickens fish milk paneer sprouts beans soya etc vitamins are also very essential they are found in fruits and vegetables they are A   B C D E F K AND viitaminB17 which is considered that the deficiency of this cause cancer so eat this and protect from cancer. It is found in almonds and the liver.                                              

Vitamins deficiency causes many diseases like vitamin A deficiency cause night blindness and eyesight problems vitamin b causes Beri Beri vitamin c  causes scurvy in which gums and teeth become weak vitamin d causes joints pain so they all are very important sources of vitamins A found in carrot milk spinach vitamin b in fruits vitamin c found in all citrus fruits like strawberry, lemon oranges,, green chilies vitamin d found in cod liver oil and sunlight vitamin E found in liver almond                                                 Minerals are also essential for our body they are found in vegetables and fruits cereals carbohydrates they are our energy giver. They give us energy they are found in rice potato, and fruits,    fats are also very essential for our body they stored energy for our body  they are found in  animals
