Diabetes or sugar is very common disease which spread rapidly. It is controable disease not curable


When sugar or glucose quantity increased in blood then person suffer diabetis the amount of  insulin can not make in proper amount

Diabetes is of two types 

Type 1

Type 2

 Symptoms of diabetes 

1Increase appetite

2 Increase  in urination

3feels thirsty

4 Increase in weight or decrease in weight

5 Pain in legs

Reasons  :- There are many reasons

1 Due to heredity

2 Wrong food habits

3More sitting

4Late night sleep

5 Harmonal imbalances

6 Heavy weight

7 Eating excess amount of sugar items ice cream, choclates

8 Eating too muc


How it can be controlled :- It can be controlled by adopting yoga, exercises, walking, cycling, eating balanced diet . Eat  green leafy vegetables  sittin more should be control .Be active 


Foods for control diabetes :- There are some foods that control tipstrol diabetes, you have to follow some measures. For this you have toor divide your diet into small ptions. Try to take all your diet regularly. Apart from this, add many items of food rich in carbohydrates, miner als vitamins, proteins fibres and water


Vitamin D is very important for us but many people do not think about vitamin D .It is helpful to control diabetes the major source is sunlight

This is not enough this is very vast topic in short do yoga exercises regularly eat fresh healthy food sleep on time and wake up early morning be active always dont take it lightly
