FERTILISER (KHAD)
ANY SUBSTANCE THAT INCREASES THE PLANT GROWTH AND BEARINNG FRUITS AND FLOWERS VEGETABLES IS CALLED FERTILISER
J FARMERS AND GARDENERS USED FERTILISERS FOR INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY. NOW A DAYS FERTILISERS ARE USED IN LARGE QUANTITY AND IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR BETTER GROWTH AND PRODUCTION
. FERTI ILISERS ARE OF 2 TYPES ORGANIC AND CHEMICAL
CHEMICAL FERTILISERS ARE NITROGEN PHOSPHATA POTYASSIUM SULPHUR SODIUM CARBON BASED MOST COMMON IS UREA IN WHICH NITROGEN IS MORE WHICH IS VERY ESSENTIAL FOR PLANTS PHOSPHte IS ALSO VERY ESSENTIAL
SOME ARE UREA POTTASH DA7P NPK SODIUM SULPHURETC
BUT ORGANIC FERTILISER ARE THOSE WHOCH WE MAKE AT HOME LIKE ONOON PEELLS GINGER GARLIC PEELS EGGS SHELL COW DUNG CAKE MOST COMMON COMPOST IS ALSO FERTILISER LEAVES AND PEELS OF VEGETSBLES FIRST DRIED AND MAKE SOIL FERTILE
NOW A DAYS MOST COMMON FERTILISER WE USE IS TEA LEAVES WHICH IS VERY USEFUL FOR PLANT GROWTH
SO FERTILISER PLAY IMPORTSNT ROLE IN OUR LIFE IF THEY ARE NOT WE WILL
NOT GET ENOUGH PRODUCTION OF CROPS AND FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FLOWERS SOIL MADE MORE FERTILE DUE TO USE THIS. FERTILISERS PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN MODERN TECNOLOGY TO INCRIES PRODUCTION

·
Cloves 3- 4
·
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
·
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
·
Water 1 liter
METHOD
To make apple murabba, first of all, wash the apples thoroughly. With the help of a peeler, peel off all these and remove the stalk, and put them in water so that blackness does not come on them. Put the water on the gas to heat up, and let the apples cook till they become soft, if the apples have become soft then take out the apples from the water. Put sugar in the same vessel which is left to boil the apple and make sugar syrup.
Cook apples by putting them in sugar syrup, and cook them till the syrup becomes thick like honey. Switch off the gas; let the apple remain in the syrup so that the sweetness of the syrup gets absorbed well inside the apple. Add lemon juice, and cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and mix it.
